Estadio José Encarnación “Pachencho” Romero often just referred to as Pachencho is a football multi-purpose stadium located in the North-Western city of Maracaibo. Home to local side Zulia Fútbol Club, the 40,800 capacity ground was renovated in preparation for the 2007 Copa América tournament with the removal of the cycling track the most notable improvement.
