Wild Horse Pass History
Wild Horse Pass was initially opened in 2009, built on the site of the Gila River. The resort features a gold course, hotel and casino, as well as a variety of other outdoor sports facilities.
It wouldn’t be until 12 years later that Phoenix Rising FC wouldn’t built their own football stadium.
But developments of the site didn’t stop there, and the resort underwent a $143 million expansion in 2021.
