Levi’s Stadium is located in Santa Clara, about 40 miles south of San Francisco, in the heart of Silicon Valley. The stadium officially opened on 17 July 2014 and was built at a cost of approximately $1.3 billion. It replaced the older Candlestick Park as the home of the San Francisco 49ers, who compete in the National Football League.

The stadium was designed with modern technology and sustainability in mind. It is widely recognised as one of the most environmentally friendly sports venues in the United States. The venue features a green roof, solar panels, and advanced water-saving systems, helping it earn LEED Gold certification for environmental design.

Levi’s Stadium has a seating capacity of about 68,500, but it can be expanded to around 75,000 for major events.The stadium has hosted several high-profile sporting and entertainment events. One of its most notable occasions was Super Bowl 50, which brought global attention to the venue.
