The 2020-21 season represents the 66th iteration of the UEFA Champions League, and the final will be held on 29th May 2021 at Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey
Final Venue
The final was scheuled to take place on 30th May 2020 as part of the 2019/2020 Champions League season but due to COVID-19 global pandemic, the final was instead played at Benfica’s Estadio Da Luz in Portugal.

Qualification Play-Offs
The first qualification rounds were played on 22nd and 23rd September, and the second legs on 29th and 30th September.
As per the draw there is the Champions Path and League Path which separates the teams, with the losers of each round guaranteed qualification in the Europa League Group stages instead.

The only exception to this is Sevilla, who qualified by defeating Inter Milan in the Europa League final in Cologne, Germany.
